Is there free delivery?

All of our products are sent from Sofia, Bulgaria. Delivery in Sofia is free, but fees apply for delivery to other parts of Bulgaria and Europe.

Are you offering your products abroad?

All products are available for delivery within the European Union.

When will my order be ready for shipment?

A member of our team will get in touch after placing an order. Depending on the payment method, all products will be prepared for shipment and sent within 48 hours.

How can I pay?

We accept bank transfers and payments upon delivery.

Can I order bigger quantities and how can I pay for them?

Please contact us if you need to make bigger orders. Payments may be instructed via bank transfer, but we will be able to offer discounts on quantity.

Are you producing the items on your website?

We are producing the items in collaboration with various partners. All creative work and assembly is done in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Are you offering any additional services?

For Sofia, Bulgaria, we offer delivery and assembly within the same business day. Products delivered to other areas will be sent in a dismantled form along with assembling instructions. Assembling is very simple and only takes a few minutes.
